Media Center

Windy Ridge Media Center Policies

The Media Center is the heart of our school.  Students use the Media Center to check out books, audio books, read, work on class assignments, and use computers.

Media Center computers may be used for school-related work only.  Media Center hours are from 9:00 – 3:00. We are closed from 11:30 – 12:00 for lunch.

Wednesday’s hours are from 9:00 – 2:00.

Fines are not charged for overdue books; however, additional books may not be checked out until overdue books are returned pr paid for if lost.  If a student owes books or fines to a previous Orange County School, the books and or payment may be turned in to Mrs. Dee in the Media Center, and they will be forwarded to the appropriate school.  Only the school where the obligations originated may remove those obligations.
