Windy Ridge Athletics
Starting 23-24 ALL Physicals and documents will be submitted through the online portal Aktivate. See the attached sheet how to create and account and register your athlete. All forms are filled out through the portal except for the EL2 form which you will take the doctor and then upload to Aktivate.
EL2 Form
All forms must be complete in Aktivate and the athlete cleared before you can tryout for any sport.
Soccer: Tryouts August 14th and 15th 3:30PM-5:00PM
Volleyball: Tryouts begin the week of October 11th
Basketball: Tryouts begin the week of January 10th
Track: Tryouts begin the week of February 26th
